Underground societies around the world are so prevalent that a lot of researches are dedicated on this topic. It is amazing how some people create subcultures of society on top of a very powerful culture. Perhaps the reason behind this is that people have their own ways of doing things and neither the government nor the dominant culture could stop subcultures from expanding and proliferating. One of the most surprising elements of a subculture is its capability to be known to the outside world. Most of the underground societies in Asia, most specially in Japan are known throughout the world. If these kind of things will be exposed to the world, there is a big possibility that they will be respected by people outside the mainstream thinking. More than that, there are also people who have weird habits that could perhaps be in this category too. There are those who spend their entire day listening to rock music while the neighbors complain of extreme noise. But it seems like they do not care given that they always argue that it is their place and nobody could tell them what to do. Here is the problem now: pluralism is not possible in case that people will present their ideas and interests in ways in which intellectual engagement is impossible, hence the chaos. On the other hand, some people know how to respect their fellow citizens' needs, ambitions, interests and hobbies. And more than on the idea of respect, they have the notion of peaceful co-existence. This means that these kind of people are willing to give space to those whom the society calls as weird, example of these are the ones who love children's outfits. It is surprising that some adults still wear children's outfits because it is not meant to be worn by people outside the range of that age. This phenomenon is rooted from the psychological problems of some people and could never be taken away from their daily lives. Doctors have been trying to figure out the problem of these individuals. The state cannot just take them for granted simply because they do not have the mindset of productive citizens, per say. But only those who are capable of interpreting and understanding their needs are the only ones who could really relate to these people. There is nothing more satisfying than to see some other people be happy and smile because of one's act. No matter how much they children's outfits even though it is out of their age and generation, countries must still accept them.
